1st July 2025 : On the occasion of Doctor’s Day, Ayurvedacharya Dr. Sarvesh Kulkarni interacted with students of Classes 8 to 10 at New English Medium School. He conducted an insightful session focusing on Dincharya (daily routine) and its role in maintaining good health. Dr. Kulkarni shared practical and easy-to-follow tips for disease prevention through simple changes in everyday habits. 

He emphasized the importance of what to eat, how to eat, and when to eat, encouraging students to follow mindful eating practices. The session was interactive, with students enthusiastically asking questions and receiving clear, informative answers from the doctor. It was truly an enriching experience for all!
