On June 21st, New English Medium School (NEMS) exemplified its commitment to holistic education by celebrating Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. Students from grades 1 to 10 actively participated, demonstrating teamwork and dedication towards well-being.

The event was graced by renowned yoga master Shridhar Joshi and his wife, whose presence added depth to the celebration. They shared insights into various asanas, including Tadasana, Vrikshasana, and meditation, guiding everyone into a state of serenity. The occasion was further honored by the presence of Headmaster Mr. Preetam Joshi, Mrs. Hemangi Deshmukh, and Mrs. Shilpa Kulkarni, who, along with teachers, performed various Yogasanas, inspiring students to incorporate yoga into their daily routines.
